Post Oak Blue Dolphins

The Post Oak Blue Dolphins are a Silver level team in the North Division for the Cobb Summer Swim League (CSSL) located in East Cobb, Georgia. 

We hope to provide each swimmer with top notch coaching, individualized and group instruction, friendly competition, and loads of fun! We are located at one of the best pools found in East Cobb with a large six lane pool and separate deep end with diving board.

Our Swim Team is part of the Post Oak Recreation Association. Families that live outside the neighborhood are welcome to join the team. We promote a No-Stress atmosphere with fun and engaging practices. We strive to create a place for swimmers to benefit from the social, personal, and athletic well being that few programs offer like summer swim.

Our team has invested in  dive blocks, lane ropes, the Dolphin Wireless Stopwatch Timing System with a remote starter horn for automatic starts and timing, and an Events/Heat board that people can view from anywhere around the pool deck. Our surround sound system is exceptional for hearing what race your swimmer is competing in next and when to line up for races. 

We swim starting in May through June every summer. Our registration period is open beginning in March until practices start. Age groups range from 5 to 18 years. The team competes in 5 regular swim meets in June culminating with the Patti Wilder state qualifying meet.

The Post Oak Blue Dolphins has a place for all swimmers. If your swimmer is new to swimming on a team or swims competitively year round, we invite you to our summer program. It's an excellent opportunity to stay active and see friends during the season. Coaches tailor practices to cover basic stroke mechanics for beginning swimmers and refine and correct the strokes of those with more experience.
