Post Oak Blue Dolphins

We are the Post Oak Blue Dolphins, an entity under the Post Oak Recreation Association. We are in the North Division of the Cobb Summer Swim League (CSSL), which falls under Georgia Parks and Recreation, and is governed by the rules of those departments adopting specific USA swim rules and regulations.

• Swimmers must be between the ages of 5 and 18 by May 31st of the present year to participate.
• Coaches will not be allowed in the water to assist swimmers during a meet.
• All swimmers, regardless of age, must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted.
• If the swimmer cannot complete the race without assistance or in the maximum time of 1 min 30 secs, he/she will be removed from the water.
• Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed during a CSSL meet. The offender can be removed from the area. This will result in forfeiture of the meet and a fine of $250.
