WEATHER

  • Come to the meet regardless of what the forecast looks like! Don't assume a meet is canceled. 
  • When lightning or thunder occurs at a meet, the pool/deck area will be cleared for a minimum of 20 minutes. Sometimes there are multiple delays. The county will try to resume the meet that evening. 
  • During a delay, everyone will be advised to wait in cars until we restart or a meet is canceled by a joint decision of the referee and coordinators. 
  • All communication regarding weather delays/cancellation/postponement at the meet will be communicated through the SwimTopia App.
  • The League will work to reschedule any postponed/cancelled meet.
