How to declare attendance for a meet

For each swimmer, you will need to declare attendance or absence for each meet. You will need to report if your swimmer is running late, needs to leave early, and if your swimmer is available for relays.
You MUST sign your swimmer IN or OUT of the meet through the MEET RSVP Page no Later than NOON the day before the meet!
Tip: Sign your swimmers in/out for all meets as soon as you register and make changes as they come.
FYI: It is much easier to replace a swimmer in an individual event than a relay. Changing a relay at the last minute means trying to pull kids in and out of numerous other races to make it all work. Please be mindful of this! We are only able to replace swimmers if they are sick or injured at the last minute. We cannot move any other swimmers at the meet..
If your swimmer pulls out of a relay at the last minute, leaves early, or doesn't show, (NOT in case of emergencies), your swimmer will not be able to swim in relays in the following meet. This helps us keep families accountable for being in events they are signed up in. A relay involves a team of four swimmers. If one person doesn't show up, the entire team of four will lose out. Please be understanding of this rule and aware of the impact one person's absence can make.
How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:
Log into the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Under the "2025 Schedules" tab, select "Meet Schedule & RSVP" to sign up for a swim meet.
Volunteer Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup
- Click Save Assignments
- Click Back to "Meet Schedule & RSVP" Page
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your swimmers' names.
- For each of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Attending
- Not Attending
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options
- Click Save to record your choices
