Dear Dolphins,

Welcome back to all our former swim families and new families! Our season is right around the corner! We are so excited to see everyone! Please share the following information with any families you know may be interested in swim this season!

We will have our Annual Registration Day/Open House at the pool on March 19, 2023 from 12-3pm. Some of our sponsors will also be there to showcase their own business. Come say hi to all our coaches and try on suits. We have two new options for suits this year with our logo on them, as well as other merchandise!

If you have been on our team before, you know we fill up fast for registration. Our team has grown significantly over the past few years. The last two years we have had to close registration and create waiting lists, so don’t hesitate to sign up your swimmers! 

You may also register online, but registration will NOT open until noon on the 19^th.

Registration costs:

Dolphins age 5-14: $150 for the first child with discounts for additional swimmers. ($20 off the second child, $30 off the third child, $50 off the fourth child, $70 off the fifth child)

Dolphins age 15-18: $80 with no membership fee applied

Guppies age 4-6: $150 (see under TEAM tab for details)

Additional costs: Non-PORA membership fee of $50 per family

If you would like to bring in a sponsor, you can earn $15-100 off your registration fees! See Sponsor tab for details.

PRICE CHANGE EXPLANATION FOR THIS YEAR! The initial cost went slightly up, but the concession fee per family was eliminated. We increased discounts for siblings and lowered the fee for non-members, bringing increases to cost nuetral.

What does my registration go toward?

• Dolphins will participate in 33 intense, synergetic, and fun lessons developed by our amazing coach team
• Guppies will participate in 20 days of small group instruction
• Dolphins will have the opportunity to participate in 5 neighborhood meets
• Guppies will have the opportunity to participate in a mini meet at the end of the season
• Dolphins will be a part of an interactive Swim-a-thon to show off their perseverance for the chance to win amazing prizes, as well as raise money for our team and It's The Journey non-profit organization
• Dolphins will receive ribbons for races to track progress and a medal or special award at the end of the season
• Guppies will receive an end of season award
• Dolphins will earn treats at Fun Friday events
• Dolphins will have the opportunity to participate in small group clinics to gain knowledge on basic form and technique
• Dolphins and Guppies will have a separate end of the season celebration party
• Dolphins and Guppies will be given a team t-shirt with an opportunity to buy other team merchandise
• Guppies will receive a swim cap
• Dolphins and Guppies will be a part of a team and have the opportunity to meet tons of friends
• Dolphins and Guppies will learn about sportsmanship
• Dolphins and Guppies will work toward developing a lifelong love of swimming
• Dolphins and Guppies will have a plethora of fun!

After school practices will begin May 8, 2023. Morning practices AND Time Trials will begin May 25^th. Clinics and Guppies will not begin until May 25^th. There will be an informational meeting on May 26th at 9:30am to go over season information.
