Hi Dolphin Families!

This is your friendly reminder to declare your swimmer before noon tomorrow! 

I have a favor to ask. If your child is NOT swimming, please STILL declare them as not attending. It is just very helpful to us to see them as attending or not attending. At noon the system closes and you will not be able to add your child into the meet.

Are you interested in swimming in the Georgia Games? Information is under the SCHEDULES tab on the website. It is a ton of fun and lots of prizes. Go to the page to find out information or to register. The deadline to register is June 6 and the games are June 10. This is not affiliated with us, so you will do this on your own.

Coaches will be working on lineup tomorrow after practice, which is why declarations for the meet are due. If you have a child you are concerned about for any reason: not doing late relays, going to arrive late, leaving early, anything at all-put that note to the coaches when declaring.

MONDAY MEET: GOLD OUT THEME

Everything will stay the same as far as the meet for Monday. Parking is tough. Start setting up around 4pm.

• Kids behind blocks three events before 
• Kids pick up slips from coaches under pavilion around 4:00pm
• People working check in with me around 4:30-5
• Kids will warm up from 5-5:30. We will do our chant around 5:40
• If you are a timer or line judge, we will meet with the referee around 5:45
• If you cannot fill your position you volunteered for, please find a replacement and let me know who it is asap
