Hi! Here is the information for our last meet, the PINK OUT! 

From Arbor Bridge:

• Pool address: 4219 Arbor Club Dr, Marietta 30066

Once in the neighborhood, we will have signs to help assist with directions.

We ask that you park on the right side only and will have No Parking signs up also.

We have four lanes with no blocks, 5 ft. on deep end, 3 1/2 on shallow end.

We will have full concessions including hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, BBQ, fruit, baked goods, candy and Dippin' Dots; we accept cash and Venmo.

• We will not have any families from either team setting up chairs inside the pool deck. We have ample room in the parking lot for tents and chairs. Spectators are free to come in and out of the gates as they are watching their swimmers. We ask spectators to enter on the far side gate - opposite the parking lot, so our swimmers can easily get in and out from the parking lot side; signs will be posted. This scenario gives us ample room to stand comfortably on the deck, as well as gives volunteers the ability to walk around on the deck. NO ONE is allowed on the tennis courts or in the baby pool. 
• We are using a new timing system this year, called Time Drops. Each timer (deep & shallow) will have a "timing button" on a lanyard that they will push when the swimmer in their lane touches the wall. 
•  Our runner will pick up deep end place judge sheets, leaving your runner to collect the shallow end place judge sheets. 

Dolphins,

We are in need of more volunteers for this week, especially because we need timers for shallow and deep end for each shift. Please check the schedule and see what you can do to help. I would greatly appreciate it!

Please declare your swimmer by noon on Friday. We will not accept any late comers after that. If you have a sick child in the morning on Friday, let us know as soon as possible! It's very difficult to switch kids all around at the last minute. I know you WANT your swimmer to swim, but it is better to let us know early on that they are not feeling well. We can try and put them in later if they end up being fine. 

Come decked out in as much pink as possible!! We will have something special at the celebration party for the kid with the best pink costume! If you want in on the contest, make sure I see you! Come find me, or at the very least, send me pictures!
