Lots of Reminders!
Hey Dolphin Families!
We are gearing up for our very last meet of the season tomorrow against Arbor Bridge!
It's PINK OUT so come dressed in your best costume! Come decked out in as much pink as possible!! We will have something special at the celebration party for the swimmer with the best pink costume!
We need some help for tomorrow!
We are still in need of:
- Bullpen second shift
- Deep end line judge second shift
- timer second shift (2)
Swimathon money is due tomorrow! We will accept checks or Venmo. No cash please! I need one form for each swimmer telling me what the donation is. This would help me out a ton in figuring out totals! If you paid an amount and didn't turn in a sheet, please bring the form tomorrow.
If you took home the tally sheet telling how many laps your swimmer completed, please bring that back or write the number of laps on the donation form.
Reminder that a minimum donation of $25 is due to be eligible for prizes. Why that is a requirement? The Swimathon is a fundraiser to help out our swim team AND the community. We will present the non-profit, It's the Journey, with a check tomorrow night at the meet. One representative from It's the Journey stopped out at the Swimathon on Friday and was so excited seeing all our swimmers!
Thank you for all that participated on Friday! I hope all swimmers had fun and enjoyed their Aloha Ice after! If your child swam and you hadn't filled a form out on Friday, it is not too late. Just bring it tomorrow. I kept track of all laps that were turned in. This is a great cause and we appreciate any donation amount coming in!
As always, if you have questions, let me know and remember that I will only look at texts tomorrow for meet day. If your child has an emergency come up, please let me know this as soon as possible so we can do the changes that need to happen!
Tuesday- no practice for the Dolphins! It will be our Mini Meet and celebration for the Guppies from 9-11am.
Wednesday is our end of season celebration party from 8-12pm. We will have Waffle House, play games, and hand out end of season awards! If you have not rsvp'd at this time, I opened it back up and you can still come. I would love to have as many families as possible for our last day! The coaches will be handing out medals, special awards, and ribbons. We'd love to see you!
