First Practice Tomorrow!
May 5th
We are so excited to see everyone tomorrow for our first practice!
A few reminders as we get started:
- Tomorrow is Summer League Spirit Day. Have kids wear a Post Oak Blue Dolphins t-shirt to school tomorrow!
- If any of your friends are on the fence about joining the team, bring them with you and let them try it out.
- After School Practices run from 4-6pm. Each age level is only 30 minutes long so you will probably just want to stay around the pool deck.
- AFTER SCHOOL PRACTICE will start May 6 through May 21, 2024
- 4:00-4:30 5 & 6 year olds
- 4:30-5:00 7 & 8 year olds
- 5:00-5:30 9 & 10 year olds
- 5:30-6:00 11 & up

- Download the SwimTopia app for all the latest updates with the team, especially if we run into weather issues. Links below to download:
- You can wear any one-piece swimsuits to practice. They do not need to be team suits.
- Guppies and swim clinics will not start until morning practices start.
